Our primary mission is to serve Norwich and that starts with loving our neighbors.
Our primary mission is to serve Norwich and that starts with loving our neighbors.

In our first year, we were blessed to develop relationships with so many wonderful people in the downtown area. We loved when the staff at Jeffrey’s Barbershop attended our Christmas service, and working with Suki Lagrito- the liaison for Global City Norwich. But Castle isn’t “just” a downtown church. Our heart has always been for Eastern Connecticut. Families from Lisbon, Griswold, Montville, Preston, Groton, Waterford and elsewhere come to worship together every week. We will also continue to strengthen our connection to new friends outside of Norwich such as in El Paso, Texas. Since live streaming in 2020, we have people tuning in from nearly 20 other countries such as Canada, Philippines, United Kingdom and Costa Rica.
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."
Matthew 28:19-20
Baptism
Baptism is a beautiful next step after salvation. It’s a public declaration of faith and obedience in Jesus. We identify with his death on the cross and burial in the tomb as we enter the water and identify with his resurrection as we emerge.

It’s a symbol of a new life as a Christian and we love to celebrate that!

Next Day Mercy
The Good Samaritan not only bandaged his neighbor’s wounds when he found him laying in the street, he returned the next day to pay for his expenses.

To bring awareness to the need for racial reconciliation, we are using media and film to promote conversations and tell people’s life stories. We hope it helps you better understand the brothers and sisters who worship alongside you.

Our vision of revival is not simply a traditional response to an altar call — it is true unity among believers of all races and ethnicities.
