Castle Church

Castle Church
At Castle, we welcome the "spiritually homeless", the wanderer, those who have been burned by the church in the past. If you, like us, feel uneasy about how Jesus is being represented in America, then we invite you to wrestle, question, and go deeper in your faith alongside us.
We are headed to Minneapolis this Friday! “Love Goes Farther” is our way of putting faith into action—this time showing love and support to Somalis who have been called “garbage” from the national stage. Our dream is to arrive with $5,000 to bless the Minneapolis community. This involves donating to local non-profits and meeting with Somali people affected by lies & hatred. You can help by: Donating, sharing this post, and following along as we share the journey! #loveyourneighbor #somali #lovegoesfarther #immigrantsarewelcomehere #minneapolis
We continue to stand with the oppressed, the marginalized, the lowly, and those on the “losing side”. That’s where Jesus spent his time — and we know the victory that we have in him overcomes every evil in this world 👑 📖👀 “God chose things the world considers foolish in order to shame those who think they are wise. And he chose things that are powerless to shame those who are powerful. God chose things despised by the world, things counted as nothing at all, and used them to bring to nothing what the world considers important. As a result, no one can ever boast in the presence of God.” 1 Corinthians 1:27-29 New Living Translation

Adam Bowles shares a portion of his speech at No Kings rally in Norwich, CT. "I believe we are witnessing the greatest evil of our lifetimes. We have a president who thinks he has a divine right to act above the law. He is not a man of peace. He is a man of violence. And we are witnessing a moral crisis as many churches remain silent nationwide. Where is our conscience as a country when children cry out in detention camps? Where is our conscience when the government says a cell phone was a gun and calls Americans domestic terrorists? Where is our conscience when we have become complicit with the trauma inflicted on children in Gaza who shake with fear with every bomb dropped on refugee camps? And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God. So keep resisting. I refuse to give the Beast of Empire even an ounce of my worship. I refuse to bow. We all refuse to bow."
Adam Bowles spoke at the No Kings protest on March 28, 2026. It was organized by Indivisible in Norwich, CT as part of nation-wide demonstrations for defending democracy.
The White Evangelical church in America has been complicit in the hatred of the Obamas for years. The way forward is repentance and remembering that all humans are made in God's image.
